  I saw this dentist years ago, but he referred me to a maxillofacial surgeon over a cavity, the surgeon then referred me back saying that the dentist needs to do the work.
  
  After this I received a letter stating that I'm no longer with the practice.
  
  Also the guy is a stuck up idiot.
